Test data management

Test Data Management is the process of creating, maintaining, securing, and controlling datasets used in software testing.
Discover how test data management enhances your business productivity.

Sanitize data to ensure security and cross-compatibility.
Generate scalable databases for diverse testing needs.
Simplify data handling by optimizing database copies.

Ask yourself

Can I guarantee the security of sensitive data when working with contractors?

How can I speed up the creation of test data?
Do we meet data security compliance requirements?

Get the answers

To address these inquiries, we've created DataSan. DataSan is our in-house platform, which offers:

Data sanitization

Ensures consistent data masking and enables your system to maintain compatibility with other systems.

Data generation

Enables scaling the database to meet your anticipated needs for periods ranging from a month to a year or more.

Data truncation

Trims unnecessary information, such as historical data, to ease transfer and database handling for testing teams within your organization.

Learn more about the process

01

Planning and prioritization

We analyze databases to identify sensitive information in specific fields, understand growth patterns, and determine data for removal during the pruning phase.
02

Project configuration

We configure projects in DataSan for data processing requirements, ensuring client’s independence for future use.

If DataSan isn’t compatible with your database, we create custom scripts for your tasks.
03

Project execution

The automated process for depersonalizing, generating, or truncating data is initiated. Upon completion, we deliver the resulting database as per your request.
Additionally, we provide the project within DataSan for your future use.

It’s important to highlight that we do not access sensitive data. Our role is to prepare the DataSan project and scripts for your self-directed use.

I was highly satisfied working with PFLB. They’re a fantastic one-stop shop for software performance, with everything you need—their platform and skilled engineers. I’ve used them three times to load test the College Board software before big updates, and it all went smoothly. Plus, I love that they store all the testing data, so we can track performance capacity over time.
